Morale 15 is a useless saint bonus when you hit 100 morale

Due to the fact that morale is maxed at 100 because if you use a skill attack it drops to 0 even if your over 100 when you use a skill attack minus what your spirit leaves you with. You get no bonus for going over this is a useless sanctification and should be removed from the game. A level 6 righteous or higher or an endurance rune make this useless. Please remove it.

A skill attack should only take off 100 that way you keep whatever you have over 100 or this should be removed. Please pick one or the other.

Also I could be wrong, but I don't believe a mage can counter attack, so block should be removed if this is the case. I thought that blocked removed some of the damage but from what I have seen I get hit for the same amount when I block as when I don't block. The only thing it seems to do is launch a counter attack, so if a mage can't counter attack this it should be taken away.

It depends on what you consider useless... technically any time you are willbroken in the first round (before skill attack is used), calvins willbreaker only removes 100 of the morale. multiple morale saintings and a high level morale rune could make you all but unbreakable as far as first round goes. I will add though, that if you have already used a skill attack and THEN get willbroken you will go to 0 morale... so this is ONLY the case in first round of attacks.

+15 morale isn't really a useless attribute.

I can name several others that are less useful than it.
(magic defense, break, etc)

No. Calvin's willbreaker reduces all morale not just 100. Trust me, morale bonus saint is absolutely worthless other than the first week of the game.

If you can explain the benefit of it 2 weeks into the game when all your heroes already have 100 morale from partizan, righteous (only about 16k rune experience for 100 morale), or endurance or anytime thereafter I would love to hear it.

Magic defense reduces magic, makes sense. Break reduces it being blocked and you being countered, makes sense. Morale +15 does nothing, does not make sense.

I have tested it quite a many time, and IF you are willbroken in the FIRST round of attacks, and have morale over 100, you only lose 100... Dawnseeker confirmed that on this forum already... It may not be a huge benefit but it can allow you to get your skill move off one round sooner if this situation does arise. If you do not beleive that a morale +110 rune keeps you from being willbroken all the way to 0 IN THE FIRST ROUND ONLY, have a friend put calvin in front of his form with 100 morale, and you put your hero with a +110 or higher morale rune right in front of him and watch the morale when calvin hits first. I have tested this MANY times as I said.

I have calvin. My friend in arena has adamanti with endurance level 9 giving 130 morale. I just skill attack with calvin and he was reduced to 0. So whatever you think you have tested or what dawn may have said doesn't work. You need to test it as of right now.

Just tested and you are absolutely right. About a month ago when i first tested it, after dawns comment in forum, it was only taking 100 morale from the hero hit with it, but apparently has been changed since then. Sorry to dispute.

Facts - Calvin's will breaker removes entire morale bar. Using a skill uses entire morale bar. Thus making runes going past 100 and morale saint bonuses worthless as they have no bearing on anything.

Thank you I appreciate it. Just want everyone to see how it is and how messed up it is so it can be fixed in one direction or the other. A skill attack should only use up 100 morale and calvin should only take away 100 morale. Or anything beyond 100 morale and the saint bonus need to be removed.
