number of spirits not increasing

Over on 66/fire I have a new toon.
When a purple hero shows up in the tavern the spirit count either doesn't increase or goes up by 1.
Currently it show's me with 4 and it should be closer to 30.
It's BUGGED!

I just had 2 heroes show up. The spirit count went up to 7.
2 heroes, 3 spirits.

You only get Spirits if a purple or gold hero shows up on a manual refresh, because spirits are basically a backup to make sure you get heroes if you're trying a lot.
