Can't claim the rewards for GW. We won the battle. After relog the envelope shows, message appears but nothing else happens, the rest of the rewards is not added to account.
This goes for all our members.
Server 59, Forest realm, Goddess guild, Host Lady-Caitir
im having the same problem tried reloging several times but just get the same envelope shows up can open it but when i click ok nothing happens

We successfully defended our city in GWs tonight and recieved no reward at the end of the battle. However, on refresh an envelope appears with the unclaimed rewards. Unfortunately, no rewards are added when clicked on.
Server 4, Thunder of Zeus. Clarity, Morgana.
Same for server 8.
As usual Tynon is batting 1000 with the quality of the patches.

After refresh on server 1, the rewards envelope came up and showed the rewards that should be added to account, but are not added.

Server 29. Won GW, got a blank window. Reloaded the game and got the properly populated window with rewards but they do not actually accrue to account. Confirmed issue with everyone in guild.
The same thing occurred on server 30 this evening. After our battle in Guild War, none of the participants of Bladestorm received any rewards. The server acknowledged our participation, but no rewards were forthcoming. The same thing happened at the conclusion of my battle with Baal this afternoon. This is not fair. Please look into this matter. These problems occurred on September 24, 2013 between 3:25 and 8:45 PM.

This is obviously a glitch the latest version of client. But, it extends beyond the guild warfare glitch. For several days I have not been getting the rewards form the first envelope in Caribbean Pirates. I have, however, been collecting the second envelope. Today, I am not getting the rewards when I complete a boss, nor are the "Online Gifts" showing up.
It's not only the rewards we missed, but loads of my members weren't able to claim their guild rewards because they didn't got the 50 contribution. Because of that they couldn't finish last quest for gems in assistant. So yeah, over all a bug wich screws up big times grrrr....

Same thing here. Refreshed last night 6 times and rewards not given. Logged this morning and envelope present but once again NO rewards given. Server 18. Get your act together tynon and fix this! BEFORE you open a new server! Anyone think that will happen?
i to have this problem im on wisdom of athena game acount my whole guild also. we lasted the 30 rounds. i refresh and refresh the envleope apears butnever adds to my stash no coin ect. please fix. aslo i spent spirits on rize. spirit cout went down but got no rize. please fix. eighter give card. or my spirits and i will try again or diferent card. im on a dell pc laptop. ty.
I got my rewards when I refreshed this morning.
