Heroic realms

the refresh timer isnt functioning properly.. It said i had an hour.. waited the hour went back enemies still greyed out and timer shows 23 hours now.. this is second day this has happened to me i can not get int o fight the realm to level up my gear because i cant fight the bosses that fit my current power level.. also in the cretan labyrinth at beginning of game should not force the 5k starter account into the labyrinth to fight 11k minotaur. Also why charge new accounts stamina for something they are being forced to participate in.
