For some reason, my Shayd on server 23 who has +140 hit rating barely hits during Cerb/Bal. I also have Shayd on server 57 with only +110 hit and she barely misses. Please fix this issue as it is a broken mechanic.

Not to mention, when she finally hits, the boss resists the stun.
If shayd hit every round with a stun, cerb/baal would die in one round. don't be ridiculous. shayd has to miss or the first person to get a hit in wins the whole event perma-stunning the boss. If you want to have a stunner, accept the fact that they will not hit every round. simple logic really.
Shayds miss rate is NOT tied to hit rating, and is totally annoying. Most of us older players have accepted this, and moved past it, whereas those newer to the game may still be in that initial "WTF" stage. We do feel your pain, but it isn't going to change. Vent away. :)
idk.. but if you play around with Shady a bit she does get better.. plenty things to try to maximise her stunning. isn't it fun to figure out?

Intenseness, Precision, Vitality, Nimbleness, Reliability, Dexterousness, Infallability, Flintiness, Resistance, Burliness
If you all have 5 sets of each type of level 60 rune, might as well put an Endurance on Shayd also.
