you really wanna know how bad smoulder hitting rate is? I got 1 target left. and he still misses lol. thats how bad he is. its like, if there is 6 targets, he only hits 1-3 if your luck its 5 targets. and if there is 2 mobs left. he hits only 1 target, if your lucky he hits 2. now if there is only ONE enemy mob left. he either misses 2 turns, or hits it. Thats how bad smoulder is.
Even though smoulder misses a lot he still ends up doing a decent amount of damage overall in the fight depending on where you put him in your formation. General mulan is pretty good never misses reallyQuote:

yea but skill attacks are not in every round. late game smoulder won't be very effective but still good early on.Quote:
