I have been suggesting this for a while. We all know that huge fixes and in game content, mini games, etc take time. Why not throw everyone a new hero to spend all these spirits on? I mean, people have been at the point in the game for over a month where they should have gotten a new hero to flip. People spent money to get there as fast as they could, and still are, why I don't know. I'm being 100% serious here, this isn't a immature rant from a rage infested mind. We are 4 heroes behind. Countless HR bosses are unbeatable. If you do happen to beat them after DAYS of clicking, don't count on beating it again. People are quitting, selling accounts, overlooking the new servers even. It took Evony years to get to the point that Tynon has hit in 122 days + Beta. I'm most likely one of the few members of this forum that actually stands up for the Tynon Dev's and employess once in a while. I get that this isn't easy and what-not. I never make blatent demands, etc, etc... I'm at the point where I simply don't know whats going on, because of one very elimentary reason. Comunication. There isn't any. We have Dawn who gives us periodic patch notes, and vaguely answers questions as he can, but that doesn't seem to be calming the masses at all. Actually, it's only infuriating people more. I'm a patient person, despite my questions here & there. I can wait for a long time, so long as I feel the end game is gonna be epic enough to make the wait worth it. I think a statement from someone would be great. As Matt said, even an answer like "sorry we haven't even started thinking about it yet" would atleast give people a direction to go towards.
Over a month ago, someone asked about new heroes. They were told back then that they were a ways off. To me, one month is a Ways off. Now we are backlogged by 4 heroes, cannot progress any further in the game and most are at very least "contemplating" leaving the game, if not sold and gone already. I'm going to hold out. It's not hard for me to open another browser tab and play another game, or maybe not use the PC at all, but I think a time line would be respectful. I'm sure that a patch will be released in a week, with no warning, overnight, and everyone will forget how mad they are right now anyway. Lesson learned guys.

Pursuer as a player-hero is too OverPowered. (Stun + Continuous Rage really?)
It's almost like having Maria as a player-hero.

Also, some advice regarding customer service:
If there is nothing positive or progressive to say to the community, don't say anything.

Which if I may expand on that is why no one has heard anything yet. There is only so many times you can say 'there is no news on the heroes yet, other that they are still in development'. By those are my words not Tynon's and as a player like you guys and therefore have about as much knowledge on current game development as everyone else on this thread.

I disagree. A basic rule of marketing is to do market research and see what the customers want to pay for. The tread asking for opinion on server wide Guild wars is a step in the right direction, but not enough. The game is dying because it has become tedious and frustrating for most players. From reading the forum I can see that there Appears to be one thing that just every one agrees on and it should not be that hard to implement. Do something about the 100 gem cost of removing a level 4. This should not be hard to implement and it will show that Tynon is responsive to the customer's needs.

Believe me, in customer service, it is very rare that "i'm sorry, we're wrong" is said as a reply. The best avenue is to just stay silent.
Try to view other game forums and count how many times the game developers or community managers say "i'm sorry" or "we're wrong".

The game is "dying" not because it is tedious and frustrating for most players.
It is because players don't have patience.
And if the game was "dying", I doubt they'd be releasing new servers.

I've read your posts and I noticed you're a VIP8. That's 50,000 gems.
Why can't you just unsocket your level 4 gems if you have the massive itch to replace them?
You're the only high-level VIP I've heard of who complains about the 100 gem cost of a level 4 gem unsocket.
All other high-level VIPs just replace their gems as they see fit.

Do you know the difference between a level 4 gem and a level 5 or 6 is really not that much?
The defense gems are not even worth upgrading unless you have really high level defense gems and lots of unspent gems.
Only the offense gems and the HP gem is even worth considering upgrading past level 4.

Good customer service is admitting your wrong, bad customer service is staying silent.

I am a high Vip player who dislikes the 100 gems removal cost with no prior warning.

The game is dying out, from server 40ish id say u be lucky to get 100 actives per server given that there are around 300 actives in the top 5 guilds on server one then plus all the others, id say thats a pretty big decrease in numbers given the game is so young, and they are not creating new players to the game just people who are trying to better their previous efforts on the older servers move to the newer ones.

And to say Andy has not got patience is kinda wrong he is still here? means he has some sort of patience.

level 5 topaz 564 PD, level 4 topaz 324 PD, with 9 slots being available on the sirius gear that 2160 difference, thats just one level up, although dont seem much in the grand scheme of things it is more than the level 4 by 2160 PD

By itself, Pursuer is powerful but not OP.

But join him with bloodstorm, cianna with Light set, and shayd, then you've got 3 stunners and 2 with continuous rage.

Heroic and Quests would become too easy.

Not to mention how much damage you'll inflict on Baal or Cerb.

more damage on baal means bigger baal :) WOOT WOOT!!

And it would be available for everyone of the set rank so no1 would really be at disadvantage.

Herby, I spend money and I want the 100 gem fee for gem removal gone.

I find your statement that no one really complains about it to be baseless, yet you persist in stating it as fact when person after person has asked for this. If you want to pay for it, go for it.
