Why cant guild upgrades be like all the other upgrades and give the level b4 cooldown

But I have been saying before the whole guild level thing needs rethought a bit.

Get rid of the museum all together and just make techs part of the level of the guild.
Reduce the cool downs by a lot

Yup, many guilds have not leveled the science museum much, because they are trying to keep up with the other guilds. We decided to level our museum to level 5 after leveling the guild to 6, which has set us back a bit. We wanted the techs bad enough to deal with the wait.
Boo has a good point. Guild leveling is the only thing that makes you wait for the entire cooldown before you get the new city available. This outta be changed and the cooldown times shortened. Also, like Matt suggested, merge the museum into guild leveling and call it a day.
I will expect to see this in our next patch, thanks :rolleyes:
