Level 70 Sanctify Card Glitched Out or freeze/failed at %90

Not sure if it was the lag or a glitch of some kind but I just watched my lvl 70 Sanctify Card disappear. I seen the firework graphics and it just froze and now it's gone.. I had just completed a run of the lab, scored around 740 and hit lvl 70 simultaneously. This is my 2nd main hero card so I was really looking forward to getting that saint II and with %90 success it shouldn't have even had to process the odds. Either way it turned my stomach and hoping their is a solution in the near future.

It's possible the card failed. However, if you saw the graphics to 'power up' then it could have been a glitch.

Since this out of the forums remit I suggest that you start a ticket with Customer Support. They are located at the Tynon homepage>billing support or you are welcome to use the link in my sig. Tell them your story and they will look into it. It won't be a quick process but it's the only way of retrieving your card.

Thanks I done both so the public can be aware of it as well. Seems to be a lot of this going on lately and if I cant get an item that rare back after the $$ I've spent then it goes without saying they will be loosing at least a few paying players. The prices here are way too high to begin with for a browser game with endless "disposable" servers so I would hope customer service is up to par for simple issues such as these but not gonna hold my breath.

curtis 90% is not 100%

so a fail is possibel

Probable for some folks :P Mine failed too. 90% isn't 100%, I get that. I'd be ok with a small tweak that if your leader card is from level rewards, you earned the right for it to work, since you endured 10 more levels of... stuff.

i know it sucks when fails occure at 90% had it also several times (luckely not with leader card)
