Does anyone know FOR SURE what time the formations, power, and rank are taken into effect on CST servers? I've looked around the forum, and I all see is speculation on what times. Does anyone actually on the Tynon staff have an answer for this?

All anyone can give is speculation. However, anytime up until 11.30pm Friday night servertime seems to be when the two statues from each realm is selected. Whatever form you use to acquire the top spots in the arena is the one that appears in Heavens Palace.Quote:

After reset thursday night(12am friday morning), but before cerberus fight. If the people in top spots will drop there heroes to one someone from a lower position can take their spots with anything from 1 to 5 heroes in their party. When this is done and that position is taken whether its just your leader, 2 heroes, 3, up to 5. That is your formation for Heaven's palace the next day. This being that no one else takes the spot away from you.
This does not work for someone in 2nd moving to 1st as their position was calculated when they took the 2nd spot.
Now thats been announced as to how to decide what the server will face. Tynon will probably change it. But until then it's nice having whole weekends where you only face 1 or 2 fights with a full set of heroes and the rest just being the leader.
I wonder if what Senile says is true. I know people have tried to use less heroes in order to allow people a better chance of going to higher levels, such as gold and platinum, but Tynon has used an old form, and not allowed that. And i'm not sure the time is before Cerb, nor am i convinced its the 1st and 2nd place in arena that determines who goes. It appears to me to be the highest and 2nd on the realm, regardless of position. I know this because i held 2nd spot from midnight on, thru cerb and not until around 8pm, for like 3 mins someone higher power than me took my spot, but then left realm and still took the palace spot. I had it held all day but for those few minutes. So it remains a mystery to me.
it is by arena ranking. I am technically 4th highest power in realm but get in hp because i am 2nd place in arena

that is the form that will be used for HP
generally on our server unless someone screws up or isn't online to downrank themselves, we normally face 5-8 statues with leader only.The others being either full party or a party of leader and one other hero.

It is the formation with which the rank is taken. The time this has to happen is before 10.30 pm ish server time. To be safe it is good to do it earlier since it takes some doing.
Each time a player in position 1 or 2 fights for a stake, the formation is reset, even if he wins. This makes it seem like they take older formations.
Garanteed that if rank 1 and 2 are taken with only the main in there and they don't attack others for stakes or get attacked, you will have only mains in heaven palace.
Very important is that when they are attacked and win, the formation gets reset too, so you could say that every time there is a contest about the rank, it re calculates the winner and puts the formation of that moment in.
I have personally experimented with the time frame and up till 10.30 ish is the best I can give you. I once did a change after 11.15 pm and it did not stick.

Why? Simple- Because Tynon don't want people trying to game the system and how it works.
I do know is randomly selected and you won't know when or how it will happen.
Yes, Boroeast - i believe you. I know from watching many weeks and months, on Blaze anyway, some of the above speculations don't apply. So i go with - we only speculate, Dev's do it how they do it. Thank you for clarifying.
