Bugged character

I have several bugs with my character, Legolad on server 107

1) I cannot autogrind mats for upgrades from the Aerie. Whenever I click on the mat item it shows the teleport graphic, then I freeze in place and have to reload. I can auto-level up so have to use this feature to find the area where I can farm the mats.

2) I only have 2 quests available and not 4 like some others. I only have the main quest line and the arena challenge whereas I know there are ones for constitution and leveling.

3) There's a big arrow that appears above my stars icon every time I move between areas, mostly just annoying.

p.s. sorry for being an arse the other day, mostly was upset at myself for wasting that many credits when I could have used them somewhere else.
