She has a morale bar, but no morale...morale runes do nothing for her, and neither does being attacked (to gain morale). Her bar never changes, and her skill never changes. So it must be a graphics glitch.
I have tested her with skill attack, physical attack, and magic attack -- none of these seem to change the power of her spells in any way. Hit Rating seems to have no effect either -- I have yet to see Herja miss her spell. It seems to be a constant 20 morale gain to your side, and 5 loss to the enemy heroes regardless of gear.
Since my first round of tests indicate that no "damage" runes or staff effect her, I guess your only option is to put tank runes on her. You wouldn't need to level up the staff, either -- just upgrade it for the 5-set bonuses.
Sacrifice character in early boss round. She really seems pretty pointless. Althought maybe with the set beyond lightbringer she would allow skill attacks every round?
The only thing that I have noticed about Herja is that Hit Runes "DO" help with her skill landing. No hit means it usually does not work. Made her have 180 hit and it lands every time.
This in mind, Herja is very near (if not completely) a useless hero. Not sure what this hero was intended for, perhaps we'll find out in the future.
If you don't know what Herja is for, then you probably can't use her still anyway.
She's very powerful. If you know what to do.
If the fight starts with her attacking before the opponent's adam and bs, you've potentially taken away a first round skill attack from your opponent and possibly for other future rounds. I say possibly because there are things that could happen that may bring them back to 100 morale before they attack.
She also potentially allows you to skill attack every other round without light set or every round depending on the circumstances/gear.
Herja starts to shine with Justice 6 set bonus's on other heroes. You can have adam/main skill attacking every round.
Actually you only need LB set.
Skills every round.
Destroyer Herja
Basically her unit is a magic tank.
Her "skill" is that every turn, she adds 34(35?) morale to all allies and reduces 5 to all enemies regardless of hit and damage stats. Purely build her defense.
Use, combined with Queen penthesilia makes those early laby runs easier.
I want a hero that remove moral bar lol. I want a opposite hero of her lol. Possibly a twin. If I'll get thousand blade every single turn or other skill base attack, I wanted them nerf or make somethig that will prevent them.

I believe her morale bar is a bug, since nothing she does will ever raise her morale.
i noticed her moral bar fills backwards. today my herja had the moral bar half filled and it was red. however she died b4 it was full. im thinking maybe her bar has something to do with how much she ups/takes moral from toons. idk anyone else notice this?

I was told they are looking into it. BUt this is stupid I have seen physical attacks and critical and morale saintings on herja now. We need to get this resolved

Magic attack increases her power, and apparently some have seen it's effect (hasn't made a different in my team though).
A little off topic, but I've seen white saints on her. Is that a thing now? White saints on purple cards...
what is the best formation to use against destroyer herja

In all seriousness just brute force your way to her and murder her, if you are so concerned. Personally I'd just focus the guys killing me, but your choice
If you're goal is to take out herja asap, then stick heroes into your formation that will be able to hit her.
Hello, I was wondering what runes you use for her?
Just found a memo from someone on the desk "Herja may be able to work without magic, hit, or break runes".
I like to have massive vitality and agility and resistance runes for Herja. Excuse me, reliability, vengance and infalibility, too.
But, hey, I'm crazy, I use King H in Cerb.
no m.atk or break runes for herja needed. however, unlike ezK she does profit from a low hitrating. your vengance rune is misplaced and 100% useless. once you got endurance and reliability for her, you can add ALL defensive runes and have one slot open that you fill in with a low HR rune.
and yes, using king horrible in banishes is an idea that was tested from many players but thrown out. i'd assume you use him on the second sub slot? IF that is the case then try to replace him with pompey or another stunner like thucky.
however regarding banish formations there is TWO very good threads about on this forum that i suggest to you to actually read.

i average currently 5.9% per round on the 1.25B banishes and peek at 8.2%. my weapons and spirits are not maxed yet. and the only 18 star hero is lance in my mix. however the strongest form i found to be is

subs: cianna and thucy
on this form i do the same average but its much more consistent and the peek damage is significantly lower at around 6.8% but the same same 5.9% average
