So apparently you can just recruit Genghis Khan from the fair directly with no rep requirement.
I know that Tynon needs to fix this bug, but that's another topic for another thread.So, back to Genghis Khan.

What makes him the last hero in the royal arena? Is he the ultimate end-game hero?
His skill is Vampiric Strike that doesn't use up morale. The same skill as Queen Penthesilia (but Pen's uses up morale).

Well, I don't know how much health he gets back from his attack. But if its as much as he does, killing him could be very difficult if he isn't stunned. Make a great tank.
Since his skill attacks resemble Bloodstorm's, get your morale drainers out folks.
Khan seems to steal as much life as he damages.
I agree he is quite a strong tank.
Also, like Morgan mentions, a well-placed Willbreaker is the best counter to Khan.
Khan don't require a rep requirement for recruitment, so why are you using that as a argument?
If someone wants to spend gems to purchase a hero that they wouldn't normally get without having to drop big bucks for a hero then they should be able to.

It's not the only thing theyve missed. How would you feel if you were a new player starting today and in a week you begin realizing that it will take you YEARS to gain enough rep to compete with the players who had the cards pre-requirement change. You'd quit. They have effectively destroyed their incoming player base. So obviously it wasn't intentional.

Another option is to gibe the players an option of a refund on the card (games paid only) and take it away, or swap it for the highest hero that the player has beaten in the Royal Arena. All of the stars or Saint levels that the hero currently has would be given to the new hero with the exception that if a Saint buff does not apply to the new hero, another one of equivalent value would be substituted. That would be a lot easier to do and I think it is fair to every one.
You can also recruit Khan through the guild chests.

He is not overpowered...he is a nice addition, but like any hero he is not a game changer by himself.
playing a toon that is lvl 38 with 389k power and flipped khan from guild chest. Imagine the surprise when it let me use the card right off without having unlocked from royal duel. At the low power he is at right now he hits for about 5000 damage on a average and gets 2500 hp back on a average. when he lands a critt hit for 10k damage he still gets 2500 life
How come just lower lvl players can "flip" A Khan in guild chests? I have not won a card from guild chest in months and open 7 a day....I see lots of cards but can never flip one. just seems wrong lol.

Have they revoked the use of them since it is a bug that is misused?
There was a mini patch today. Hopefully that bug was addressed.
Since this is kind of related I have a random question. If someone recruited pompey or khan from guild chests/fair would they still be able to eventually fight them for a card to saint them with? haven't heard of anyone strong enough to beat them winning a card yet.
I have Khan and have beaten Pompey. I cannot challenge Khan. I also do not have the +5% increase coin/creds benefits from Khan, either. I know that I would not be able to beat Khan anyway, but without a way to challenge him, I will never be able to get that 5% in the future in its present state.Quote:

The fact that you can purchase a hero you have not beaten is one thing, but to be able to USE IT is F U CK ED up. This game is very messed up now with low lvls runing around wiht Kahn. The the QA team should be fired. They need to fix this NOW.
From the Pompey replays it looks like Genghis Khan is accumulating hitpoints if he "heals" before taking any damage, surely this is a major bug.
Server 111 . One person has Ghengis Khan who was lucky enough to buy at the fair.
server Guild War domination / defeating 7+ million power Heroic Bosses with a 2 million power Ghengis Khan army and still finishing with full health / near perfect RAGNAROK score of 48 kill streak and no deaths (he must of arrived late or it would of been perfect)

I congratulated 'B-Rad' on his Rag score last night. My only hope now is that I get the chance to buy that hero in the fair. I would gladly pay even 5000 gems for that hero :P
These hero cards should be retracted from the game or put in as unusable untill hero can be beaten without the aquired card.

Tynon should really do something about this.
It must be possible to make it so that the heroes are not to be used, even when recruited.
Personally I think they did it on purpose and they only seem to be available to lower lvl players, kinda like advertising, people will be trying harder to get guild chests etc, spending more gems to get more chests and or a chance to buy them in the fair.
I'm hoping Tynon will do something about this issue with the royal arena hero cards.
It greatly imbalances a server.
And new players can actually buy the gold hero cards from the fair using just the beginner rewards gems.
