Special Gift not fully received

Hello Tynon,

Thank you for the new upgrades I am really enjoying learning the new heroes. I currently play on server 23 and 96 and received my gift perfectly on server 23. However on server 96 I didn't receive the gems or the rep reward. After I refreshed the coin and credits shows up but nothing else. Before the upgrade I was ranked Colonel and now I have only 723k rep. I also only had 59 gems when I logged in.

There is also something wrong with my mail. Every time I log in it shows I have new mail, yet they were sent by me to other people.
