did you upgrade some equipment? sometimes the game bugs and ADD's more power then you actually get and then when you refresh its updated to the correct LOWER power..
sorry to be disappointing
The power level that is normally displayed and changes as you improve gear, talents, etc does not always display correctly. However, if you want to see your real power, go into battle and it should show you it.
