Robbed of my Leader card!!!

I just applied my newly acquired Leader card. I could see it apply, but then my screen went blank, forcing me to refresh. When I came back on - No upgrade and NO leader card! I was totally ripped off! What can I do? I played hours upon hours to gain that card and it just vanished! Tynon needs to treat me better in light of the fact that I have paid quite a bit of money on their site! How can I get this resolved? Very angry about this...

Open a support ticket to billing. Put in your last order # and transaction #.

Explain the situation and they should resolve it or give you gems.

Sometimes it says you were successful when you were not. Happened to be with stars before. The card actually failed, but the game wrongly told you it was successful.
