Auto Level Up Drops and Armor manufacturing

My main character is level 90, but the Auto Level Up Drops stopped at Level 70. My alternate character is level 79 but auto level up stops at level 61. The problem here should be obvious, I cannot create most of the new armor I need because I can't go to auto level up and get the proper drops to make them. Please fix this problem. Thank you

Though they haven't added any after lvl 84 yet.

Character levels and Auto Level Up levels have nothing to do with each other.

As Andy said; Auto-level is the level you are at in quest.
