You are unlucky, as I got Herja first time and all the other purples in no more then 10 attempts each, and still incoherent and almost illiterate.
Furthermore, the title of the post, Unlimited Stamina Abuse, has absolutely nothing to do with the text, as far as it is decipherable. There is no "unlimited" stamina to abuse, and Tynon is not abusing you. You choose to spend you stamina in attempts to get these heroes. I would much rather spend stamina then have another massive sink for my limited credits. The credits which are being spent like water upgrading talents and trying to get sanctifies for heroes.

I treat the game as following:
When I have spend a lot of stamina to get a hero and I don't get it, It maybe is not in my account to get it.
So I try other things that maybe are in my account to get, since all is balanced in the end; ergo I must be lucky somewhere else!
This point of view does not say that my account is pre destined, but it does give me an option to move passed some things.
Maybe you could try this approach?
