game loading issues

so is anyone else having issues with the game not loading completely. as in i was in baal and i got a disconnected from the server notice (yet again), so i shut the browser restarted it. and when the game went to reload and the bars went through their motions but the game itself did not come up it got stuck on the loading screen. this occured at 3:10 on 12/18/13 and have not been able to get back into the game at all
