Got a reply to my ticket... supposedly my byes were a display error.. but if that were the case why didn't I get a mail from the system for those rounds. Can't wait to see how they reply to my response.

very interesting. and what are the odds that all of us lost every one of our bye rounds? not to mention we had no tickets for those rounds.

I had one round say it was a bye and i changed browsers and had a fight. next roujnd was a bye. changed browsers again and still a bye.
Display error??? Ironic that so many got the same display error, time and time again... with working battles between them. I refreshed. I had opponents in rounds 1, 4, 6, 7, 8. The rest were byes. At the end, i got another bye. That was last night. I am on today, refreshed several times, and that BYE is still there!! Sooo tell me please, Oh Tynon Guru .. how does that work??!! No mail for any of the bye rounds, but mail worked and battlescreen worked on some, while i changed nothing during the byes. Oh, and BTW - every round of a BYE said win 1, win 2, win 3. Points - 0
Something stinks with this reply, i didn't even get a reply to my bug ticket i sent.

Thank you for your report. We are aware of this issue. You did not drew a bye in the event, this was caused by the delay of the info. It takes roughly 2 minutes to reallocate your new opponent from the 10k players. So if you opened the interface in this 2 minutes, there would be a display error. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

Sooo.. 2 minutes huh? Well, i drew 4 such "delays". Of course i refreshed, of course i didn't get mail saying i had any battle. Well, at the end of last nite i drew another bye. I will screenshot them all and send it in. Love to hear all this was caused by 2 minute LAG.
So, basically what they are saying is to sign out during the tournament...? Or skip out in watching the first fight and *hope* your formation is a good one to beat your opponent? And if we happen to check in during this 2 minute period of darkness, we are neglected to be matched with someone...? That is hard to believe....

That response is complete nonsense. This was not a lag error. On all servers where I showed no byes I am ahead in points. My toon with 400k power is actually beating my 21mil power toon!!!!
Do they really think we're that ignorant or is the language barrier, assuming English is not primary based on all the grammar and verb issues in game, making the tickets we send confusing. So we are to believe that all the lag errors over 100+ servers and 10k players are all losses??? ...and where the heck is the explanation about some people having more points than rounds????? ...and where is the explanation for some people having more victories than points????
I looked at the last 12 reports sent to Tynon. It appears they have two form letter that address every problem that occurs.The above letter is the first unique one I've received, but is utter nonsense. Apparently, not only do they no longer have a mod here to answer our questions, but they do not bother watching the tourney real time so they can witness the problem when it is occurring real time. I really like the game, but will not invest another dime until Tynon learns the meaning of customer service, and communication. This is by far the worst communicating gaming company I've experienced online.

:rolleyes::confused:One of my daughters got a mail from Tynon saying that she won the 9th round, Then she got another one saying that she lost the 9th round. The opponents in each mail were different. I guess she must be a very holly person (holly terror in my experience) because she can be in two places at once fighting two different opponents;).
