Genghis Khan cheat?

They can offer to transfer everything to the highest hero that they have beaten and give that hero to them even if the hero has not joined them. That would be fair. And if they do not want that one to any other hero of their choice that they have already beaten.

I think it is a must to disable the use of those gained heroes untill they have beaten them.
An issue that should be solved immidiately.
