We are talking about Gems, items stars, etc, that we paid for with cash, being removed after purchase.
A very frustrating dilemma. UCool can't help because all they see is that the acct was credited.
Well sure it was, and within a day the account was permanently damaged by removal of the purchase.
EX: I had purchased all the way up to 1 moon on my main hero stars page. Next thing I know it is back down to 1 star, my Gems were not returned that I used for the medals, and my hero now requires 3 medals to upgrade even though it had no stars and a 52% possibility of it being right.
Those are the kinds of things we are referring to.

If there's a problem and Tynon's customer service is on the ball they should fix it for you.
YES - there is a problem.
NO - customer service isn't on the ball - not really sure it exists!!
I won't hold my breath til it get sorted . . . .

Ouch, if you got the ticket number you got from customer service then all I can suggest is you PM either davemata or Dawnseeker. Include your number otherwise they can't help you with a brief but descriptive account of your grievance.
I can't say it will help but it's the last thing I can suggest, unless you pester CS relentlessly.
