just ran in to same problem...had 1k gem stake that i got to claim then it locked me out...compensations for missing tickets and ranks in warfare etc just dosnt cut it anymore...fix your servers...

yI am having a problem right now ..I failed to sync so refreshed now can't log in two of my alts. Am so sick of how these servers run. And you people just keep adding things and not fixing current problems.

99%.. it's a recurring problem that needs fixing. Like many other people I would be happy to get no more new content if they spent the next couple of months fixing existing bugs and stabilizing the game.
Stuck in BAAL and was Number 1 with him down to about 1/4... then freeze-up!
Do you think that one day, Tynon will be ever able to open a new server, without screwing up the existing ones?

same on server 6 did 100 boost on 2 toons tynon now owes me 20 gems
They should give us 20.000 tickets, 200 gems, and 20M coins, annnnd 100% sancs cards :P
and I was feeling totally abandoned in chat running around looking for the lady, I checked everywhere and she was nowhere - call out in chat for help but everbody ignored me - then my char just stopped and kept "running on the spot", that's when I realised the game had crashed... YET AGAIN...
guess it's that time of week again :(

We dont ask for compensation we just ask for working servers we love the game and all we want to do is enjoy playing it investing our money (some of us) and just having fun with a group of people
