I get nothing, zero, nowt. I am just a player but I'm also a stickler for detail. Wartunes is a different game ran by different people and trying to compare the two is like comparing chalk and cheese. Basically there isn't any point.

Never once have I said anything about people being upset and understandably they are but since they can see my name viewing this thread they'll wonder more why I wasn't posting in it. I keep it light hearted because what's the point of sounding miserable? And directing people to Customer Support is being wrong? So I shouldn't send people to the very people who can help solve their in game issues.

You are trying to make out that I shouldn't do my job as a moderator and let the forums run amok. If I do something I do it properly.

I've informed Netflix, and they've increased communications... I've informed others, and they have increased communications. All I ask is that Tynon make/have a "FRONT PAGE" informative announcement that give the issue, and an estimate of time of repair. If unknown, then state that! Am I asking too much.....? Just let us know what's going on; we're all used to the world of computers, we understand there are issues; what we can't abide by is lack of communication. We will only hate you less for it. The electric companies have learned this... so should you. KEEP US INFORMED! that's all.

Agree totally!!!! And, this has been brought up over and over. But, they seem to think they don't need to spend a couple of minutes to inform us players what's going on. But, we're first told they're busy working on the problem. But, hold it, it's not their problem, so what are they working on???

Well go figure tynon is down yet again lol always happens it seems anymore..and whats up with letezia or however you spell her name being naked almost lol geez a teenager for sure made that toon. anyways i bet if we said we had a few hundred bucks to throw them if they put the game back online it would be instant!! GET THE GAME BACK ON!!!

If you read the thread up until now, you would see that some players stayed on through baal, able to monopolize on benefits. These are the raiders vato mentioned.

Sorry, but you can guess repairing the database will take LONGER every time this happens. There's your time estimate.

More players = more database entries = more work to repair = more time the computer must spend fixing it.

Almost thinking the few thousand bucks that get spent on the game between all the servers by the active players should encourage them to get it up...or maybe removing the inflow of cash will encourage them to do things properly. Heck, even the homepage "News" hasn't been updated in months lol

I say Tynon needs to stop opening new servers until they merge the ones that are already in existence. Once they do that, they will have plenty of room to open new ones. With 115 (or so) servers already in operation, how about fixing the problems on those instead of compounding problems by opening new ones, but that may be too much like right, idk.

On server 16 water realm alone there are over 900 inactive players junking up the server. They should concentrate on merging the servers that they already have.

I can't log in, I've tried different browsers, emptying cache and deleting history, etc etc. Why isn't it working?

Unbelievable, 1st cross world tournament complete fail due to byes Tynon claims didn't happen(even with screen shots that they did and lasted the entire round, a complete system crash following the upgrade(the changes were great, but made the system completely unstable), 24-30 hours of not being able to long on during New Year week, and now another system crash during the 3rd tournament making it impossible to participate in finals as a player or bettor. What does Tynon do to make amends to their customer base? NOTHING! Giving us the right to buy more products from you, even at a discount is not compensation. Supposedly increasing the rate of success on saintings after the day is almost over and all credits spent and cards obtained used,even if the success rate was doubled, which it wasn't, is not compensation. All saints at 50% original success rate or greater,would have gone to 100%, that's DOUBLE, which you told us we'd receive. Numerous players had saintings fail that started at 70% or greater chance of success. So what will you do now about the constant game problems? Do we get an extended chance to spend more money with Tynon? Maybe some more success buffs that don't work and there is no way to know for sure? How about this. Take the game down for a 2 day scheduled maintenance, announce it in forum where players are begging, and have repeatedly begged for any communication from your company. Then fix whatever is causing the problem, test the fix in Beta, then roll the game back out. Gave a small comp package to all players equal to the average of the beginners 7 day rewards at least. Then start communicating to the players that have been loyal to you despite your non-existent customer service and have been more than patient to see a change in your business practices.
You have a great game that you are driving into the ground due not to the expected problems that will occur in all online games, but with your extremely poor response to those errors.

No need to respond to this email with another of your form letters that in no way are responsive to the problem stated, and never followed up on. I have a collection of those already.

I realize that, of course. Posters have different levels of comprehension. It remains that people who could login after the fact are still hitting players left in baal formation... who are using maria? thats all.

What is with the routine world wide log in problems these days???
Can't log into any of my accounts after getting kicked from baal event this afternoon and have GW to attend to.
Can we get reimbursed for all the lost bidding wagers and being caught in world event formations??

Try pinging two Tynon servers. Same IP address. Same machine. The correct word is 'domain' not server.

That's why they all go down together, but it's also why cross-'server' events are possible.
