Compensation for latest server down

They extend the purchases you can make - spending real money - how thoughtful.
They double sanctify chances for 24 hours - wow this helps everyone that does not have any cards or can buy them, gee they really know how
to make us feel better.
What about all gems we could have earned or purchased in game in the past 9 hours, what about the credits we could have won during the banish events - those are compensations that would have been a whole lot better.

Well what should I expect from people that just don't get it.

FIrst off the packs are horrible but ok we knew they would extend them with all the down time, that was a given

The are not going to double the chances of a successful sanct.

All successess and fails are predetermined when ou recruit the hero. If the card was predetermined to fail it will still fail

Ditto. It was a serious failure. It was funny seeing the message but couldn't talk about it to my guild because chat was still broken (yes, I did refresh multiple times).

this is unbelievable and the most disapointing thing that has happened so far!
whoever has thought of this "compensation" is probably already wasted and drunk and half way sleeping in his cubicle!


on top of it i am missing 600k power, wasnt able to chat in an chat-channel for 2 hrs after 10+ refreshes, missed guild wars, lady didnt show
in my CW i am showing with the formations and rankings from last week and have half the power and am loosing battle after battle against players i would now beat easy!

I can't even remember the last time I got a good hero from the tavern. No way I'm wasting creds on that.

Have to say I am a bit disapointed in the compensation mail . I rather they not give anything than the mail they have just sent. It is quite insulting I have to say

The double sanctification rate seems to work, ive tried multiple cards on heroes that are already half angels and all of them have worked so far.

So I buy a vip pack get screwed over all day still wont sync up with server correctly and the compensation is that I can spend 99 dollars on a small package thanks but no thanks :mad:

yeah servers been down most of the day so they offer us something to BUY. Ill give em credit that takes balls. and wtf is with double sanctification. Yeah that's a real incentive. There's too many good games out there right now for this type of compensation. I can handle the servers being down, stuff happens but don't insult my intelligence by offering me some bull**** to make UCool richer and tell me its a compensation package. Try something like FREE CREDITS, FREE COINS, FREE HEROES, FREE REPUTATION somethng along those lines cause it would take a special kind of stupid to go for the bull**** your calling compensation.

dreadful. it doesn't benefit players equally.
more than anything, it's a ploy to increase sales.
if you happen to have some cards or loads of credits saved, then good luck, maybe you will benefit.
what about the credits (and coin, rep, cont, xp, and jewels) that we didn't gain, because of missed boss fights, ragnarok, guild war, etc. ?
personally, i failed with the cards i won, before the compensation arrived.
couldn't have predicted how vastly insulting it is.

Thank you Tynon for the boost to sanctification. Unfortunately, the cards we got from the Tavern (after spending 100K credits to refresh) do not appear in our inventory! So I guess the bonus sanctification is easy to give away when your players can't use it.es

Biggest failure yet by Tynon. Lamest compensation ever. Failure all around.

I had the same problem but got my credits back after I refreshed. Sorry if you cannot connect back but keep trying you will eventually as it took me a few goes to get back in too.

The sad part, is the game actually has a captive quality to it. They could make a fortune if they would fix their thought process. I am upset to say the least. However, I meant every word on filing an injunction to shut the servers down until the quality of play resembles the money they are taking in to make it happen. I'm no genius at tort law, but I know enough to make them lose some of those "ill-gotten gains" My words should have probably been more low toned with the language, but they have software to fix that, so their is nothing in that post that should be edited. What should happen, is they make good on the money we have PAID IN EXCHANGE FOR GOODS OR SERVICES. I'm not concerned so much about the compensation as I am the fact they are trying to shake us down for more money and not compensate for their lack of ability when the game isn't even fixed. Oh well, I guess it's time to return to WoW and forget about this one like I did Evony. Their track record should have been warning enough.

Other MMO's Compensate with either some gold, a special ticket, and even gems.

At least we can chalk up in 2013 that Tynon gives Compensation in a form of Players compensating themselves, by spending real money.

I am completely ticked off by this.

yes, benefits should be a constant value for all players.
tynon's target market demographic is the large players who coin to stay competitive in top ranks.
that's primarily who this is benefitting: big spenders.
regardless of whether the odds are increased, which has been both supported and disputed, the outcome is loads of half-angel v's no challenge.

Tynon Administrators-We spend OUR money so that you provide US with some modicum of quality in gaming. Let's talk about all the people who can't get into the game and talk in chat or participate in warfare or any other event for that matter. THEN, you have the audacity to come in and say, we'll let you spend more money so you can buy cards and we'll double the rate at which it works for you to use on the stuff you buy? How about instead of attempting to get PayPal to give money back(which they won't because virtual currency is one item that they will not pursue a return of money for, How thoughtful on your part to partner with them for these transactions) I file an injunction to shut the servers down that house Tynon for failure to provide adequate service? I like that idea and if you don't fix this and prevent it in the future while maintaining some real form of game experience, I will not hesitate to waste another $155.00 to do so. I've spent near a grand on this game for some dumb reason and I know there are others who have spent more. So think about it, do you really think I wouldn't waste $155 to shut your ability to make money with this service down if you can't do better? Stop drinking and get back to work. Give me back the two sanctifies I failed on Tuesday and then reduce my chances of failing by half.

I have to say I am really disappointed in the compensation pack. It seems more of a compensation to Tynon for their players not being able to log in all day to spend their money. It's like they are saying, oh our bad because you couldn't log in to coin so here's another day to make up for it. Sometimes I really have to wonder at who in management approves some of the decisions that are made in the communication between the game and the players as this is a total public relations disaster. Tynon just seems to be so completely out of touch with their audience sometimes it just boggles my mind.

Mind pointing me to the thread that proves that it is a predetermined sequence or posting a screenshot of it failing at 100% with the doubled rate then I will believe that it is a predetermined sequence. But as of posting this I have not failed at 100% regardless of what the normal percentages are.

Damn you guys are spoiled, I have played MMO games since 1999 and most never gave us anything for a failed patch that took up to 2 days or more to fix let alone a few hours.... shezzzz give it a rest already.

just got another perspective from a guild mate who can play only in the evenings, he cant be online at cerberus and relies on GW. now for his dailies he can only get 95 most score at the most, cant get his top 3 place during banish, is screwed on the CW and the lady was bugged for him as well as for a few others. he was wasnt able to chat, neither was i and had to restart 10+ times to even be able to chat. in CW i have currently -6m power of what i had last week and after logging in my overall power was -600k. after refreshing a few times i am now finally "only" -300k power of what i had before server fail and now yippee-yo-Caye i can buy more of the packages over a longer period of time that i wasnt planning to buy in the first place plus (OMG!) i can now sanct my heroes with my imaginary cards!!! awesome! tyvm tynon

i am not sure what you played but i played diablo1, diablo2 for over 10 years, i played lineage1 and lineage2 for another 10 years combined and was also active in evony for 7months and in every single game we got an actual compensation where players literally said "this is awesome! i hope the server goes down again!"
on top of that if the servers where down then there was actual statement about what happened and why and they would say something like "sorry for the inconvenience" but when you contact customer service and have to speak to stanley the chatbot then you dont even get a "sorry" but instead you get an automated response telling you someone will randomly take care of it... maybe... in the future... hopefully they wont forget and to please remind... if you havent forgotten or given up in meantime...
i am very very disapointed.
if there is one thing that tynon is lacking that i would improve (if i had anything to say) then it would be customer service and satisfaction.

Compensation=Nothing lol Tynons math is for it's bank account. Players are just a nuisance.
