Seriously!! 18hrs and still counting
Wow! How many times do people need to send in tickets or complain in the forum, before someone with a bit of common sense in the TYNON team wakes up to the fact that there are one hell of a lot of issues with the game since the introduction of the New Years package deals? I personally have sent in tickets to support regarding cerberus/baal events and lack of rewards, log in issues, game freezes, guild warfare not working correctly and i keep getting fobbed off with the same old stock answer..." we are aware of the issues, it was a problem with the server which has now been fixed and we will now close your ticket" or words to that effect!! WELL TYNON! IT'S NOT BLOODY FIXED AT ALL....SO CAN SOMEONE, WILL SOMEONE PLEASE GET UP AND TAKE A PROPER LOOK AT THE PROBLEMS AND FIX THEM PROPERLY? AND WHILST YOUR AT IT....PUT TOGETHER A PROPER COMPENSATION PACKAGE THAT DOESN'T INVOLVE THE GAMER SHELLING OUT MORE MONEY ON A GAME THAT ISN'T WORKING ANYWAY....CHEERS!! NUFF SAID :-(:mad:
