There were quite a few lines in the reward section that weren't correct when I got there.
The score line for lab on Vip5 is still one of them.
I am higher level vip and it is still grayed out for me.
When I hoover it, it says it will be available at Vip9.
I sent in a ticket and their response was that I need to get a 700 score before it unlocks.
My response was that I already had.
They responded they would look into it :).
Tynon seems to have several options not unlocked or accurately described.
I am sure it will get better as we progress.
Look at the unlocking queues line :D.
