You have to redeem the gems, however the redeem option is not working. When I click redeem after putting in my transaction ID it doesn't o anything
What transaction ID? I bought them in the first week of beta and they were suppose to automatically roll over to the new game. Instead there is nothing there.

DO people not read? You got a mail yesterday explaining how to get your VIP and gems onto the new servers. At the moment, that method is not working. Nothing is automatic.

What about the transactions that say "incomplete" Why are they incomplete? I often got booted before the trans took me back to game, but got the gems. Now i cannot redeem because they are incomplete. Is there a way to validate those purchases? Its all listed on Tynon history.

The incomplete ones are one where the payment was declined for whatever reason. It's not inaccurate, the incomplete ones did not give you gems, as the my account page updates in real-time with your purchases.
