Stop making so many posts about this when you've been answered before. You had 36 hours to sign up -- if you missed the chance, then hold tight and wait for the next one, which will be in less than a month at this rate. You'll still get many tickets for watching fights as you would have for competing in them.
He tried to sign up and it glitched and did not allow him to sign up for the entire 36 hours. SO he has been wronged
