Why two sets of numbers?
Against most player's formations, Rhize almost always hits 3 targets the first round, when it matters most. Alci hits 2 every time. You will never see a good player using 3 different rows wheareas all plays will have at least one row with 3 heroes. A good Rhize with Mulan and Blood behind will wipe out an entire row of 3 heroes plus a sub in two rounds (unless killed or stunned), leaving you with only two enemies to fight.
I am not saying Rhize is better than Alci. Their usefulness does depend on the formation. But Rhize and Alci has the SAME damage potential, given SAME equipment, runes, saintings, and stars. For me, Rhize is now 10 stars while Alci went down to 4, so the choice is easy for me. But I tested them using same runes and equipment while both were at 6 stars and found they do about the same damage.
