Forum Rules

I cannot find the rules of the forum. I've read the Terms and Conditions on Tynon's main site, but they don't have anything forum-specific. Certain threads are constantly being closed (protest threads, for example), with the reason being "they are not allowed."

Can someone point me in the direction of said rules? And yes, I have read the Forum's FAQ as well.
