i just upgrade dawnbringer spirit but it took my gem and coins and did not upgrade item this kinda thing is getting to often and pissing me off could please do something about it i would appreciate it thank you

yep - standard procedure in tynon since beta - i think there is a misconception in tynon that, if you lose out you will buy more gems to get it back - so far it hasn't and still won't work :(
