yeah. and the cost of "refresh" is pretty expensive. spend 4M credits and no purple and gold card. tsk.

I think this change will pretty much balance out, depending on whether or not the rate at which purples/golds show in tavern in the first place has been changed. I have noticed though, that over the course of the last few paches, the rate has been reduced. Not very happy about that, but such is life I guess. As long as it isnt even more reduced for this new incarnation of Tavern Tuesday, I think it'll be six or one half dozen the other really.
Only major difference is people wont be just accepting every card they get and selling it for a coin profit. I didn't have the time or inventory space to participate in that while it was around but I was aware of people doing it, and am pretty sure that was a BIG part of why the change is occurring. Guess we will just to see how it goes after reset tonight. *Hoping for the best*

Oh, and Dawn, A team that is charged with notification of changes and explanation of such would be the MOST appreciated thing you can give your player base. Thank you for heading this up...

It seems to be that you only get +16 Spirits when you are lucky enough to get a gold hero card to shuffle with. Is this intended? I shuffled 32 times until I was fortunate enough to get a gold hero card and I received only 16 spirits..... How does this make it easy to redeem spirits again?

From where I see this system will benefit the higher level characters rather than the lowbies and newbies. At low level how many gold and purple heroes do you have lets say lvl20 to lvl 50 and you joined the game after the 1 time generous tynon bonus to rep? At lvl40 plus I can safely say if you had worked hard the most you get is 1 gold and maybe 5 purple. I can see the big diff. the pre-bonus lvl 30 will have 5gold heroes whereas a post bonus character of the same lvl will have none :)

Why can't Tynon just give us double spirits AND free recruit? Why must they take away something to give us something? Are that that stingy?

Why doesn't Tynon remove both? No free recruit, no double spirits.
