That's the way it is.
You have the option of not using the star system anyway.
Lol Herby....your too funny. We have the option not to do a lot of things in this game but its there to be used, and ya that is how it works but its can be a major downer using metals to try and get stars/moons when your end up with less stars/moons then when you started.Quote:

Personally I think is a big "Fail" on Tynons part using this system, you should not lose any stars/moons at all just like the sanctify system for cards, if the card fails you dont lose a sanc. If Tynon has any interest in "not" pissing off people then this is one change they really need to make, I know players who stopped playing because they were so angry after saving up a stack of metals only to end up with less stars then they started with, others have quit playing for a few days or so because of this. You can joke about it but its not funny at all.
There are numerous threads about the effects and no-effects of the star system.
I've personally posted somewhere the difference of 0 stars up to 7 stars. It's really not much.
I have the results of 7 stars to 13 stars, with the difference between each step, but I haven't posted that yet.
Best tip: Use tickets for medals. Can never go wrong with that.
Even if you fail dozens of times, its ok, since tickets are basically free.
what herby fail to mention - which is the secret of stars- is this.
Sure the difference between 1 and 4 in negligible even 1-7. The difference is 1-15 that matters. or 9 to 15.
You see 15 stars is a significant advantage over 1 star. And having 9 stars levels the differences of facing an opponent with 15 stars. All these people who say stars are not that big of a deal, still have heroes with 7-9 stars each and even higher.
Also the difference in star levels in most notably seen on your main. Since stars are an addition in percentage to base stats - command strength and intelligence. Your main gets these increased in quests, while all other heroes do not.
But herby is dead on accurate about using tickets for medals
LMAO, Anything from Herbie is pro Tynon, or bordering on inbred insanity. No one and I mean no one but Tynon has any idea on stars sanctifications or any other alledged game of chance. As an example it took me 40 times in a row killing Lancelot before the game let me have him. Bad luck pffft. Just more of Tynons money grubbing. Tynon has not shown 1 iota of trying to make this game playable or satisfactory.
exactly. They are an example of the corporate 1% running this planet. **** the little guy customer satisfaction doesn't matter.
That's the way it is does not make it correct. I have use ticket multiple times and stock piles over 45 stars at a time. 32% and 45% success rates are a farce. I have lost over 300 and can not get past 5 without dropping to 4.
Frustrating to say the least.
