just so people are aware...my opening statement wasn't me starting a rant'n'rave in this forum! it was merely setting the scenario for an interesting topic of conversation on people's general perception about the level of customer care being received by all. By my reckoning i must just be in that unfortunate position of being in the minority who have to wait longer than normal for their issues to be addressed ;-)
While there have been complaints made on the forums, generally you get that when people aren't happy. Overall most people seem to be happy with the customer service provided on average.
But at the end of the day not everyone gets to be a positive statistic, but that's just life really.
Actually when people do come on the forums to complain they get the forum hammer of stop whining. ucool takes .ca (canada for you non TLD L4m3RS)money, so says my paypal account. So i see if i get vip4 I get to unlock a 3rd and 4th Blacksmith Que! WOW! Before the massive chargeback from players who quit. It read this. Now it says GEMS But not how many. Stanley responded to my ticket with we dont give refunds. Were too cheap. *Customer always right* (just finished submitting my screenshots. Got to vip12 and found out it all was a lie!!!!!!! Buyer beware! (LOL)

of the 16 supports i send
4 were solved
5 abou the same (problem) all unsolved
and 5 on which i did not even get a reply..
and some of those solved took 1,5-2 months to fix.
and multible reply and even begging almost... to get stuff fixed
so NO
i am not happy with support.
