HR boss Drops

I have been trying to do tracker for some time now, so that I can get my LB Cloak's of it, only tonight I just happen to notice that I'm never going to get a cloak off Tracker at all!

Why is Tracker (Elite) boss carrying same gear as Black Widow Queen (Elite)?

FireLord Ignis (Elite) has :- LB Sword, and LB Staff,
Mud Giant (Elite) has :- LB Sword, LB Staff, and LB Chestguard,
Blackwidow Queen (Elite) has :- LB Chestguard, and LB Helm,
Tracker (Elite) has :- LB Chestguard and LB Helm,

Surely Tracker should be Carrying, LB Helm and a LB Cloak as that is the next step!

Why would I want to try and beat a higher boss to get the same drops from a lower boss?,.. apart from trying to beat Tracker to open up the next boss, this is so aggravating, I don't need any more Helm's or Chestguard's!

Does the boss after Pursuer drop relics?

Yes and Cloaks of which I haven't seen the first Relic ever since I beat him a week ago

Ignore smokingfox he doesn't seem to want to post anything useful or on topic.

But yes there are double ups of loot sometimes. The next 2 bosses after tracker have a cloak drop chance.

Also in justice there is 2 sets of double up loot drops without a new plan for a new kill.

Thought we had a thread about this not that long ago. Anyways it likely has to do with having more bosses per area as you progress and in order to make the numbers work, they had to either repeat the drops or add more gear sets.

Yeah i complained about this like 2 month ago. It is stupid, but thats the way it is. I still say if the want to double up on something double up on the relics
