It's because Tynon isn't their "Signature" game... and they are taking the money they make here in this game, to invest into that one, as they feel it will have a bigger player base as a 3rd game in their series. Doesn't matter what you spend here... this game is a sinking ship and to be honest, I don't see myself going down with said ship. They let evony be destroyed by bots, let this game be destroyed by their OWN hand... And I'll guarantee you COE goes the same way. They have ZERO idea what customer service is supposed to be.
My advice to the devs would be to go play another MMO and deal with customer support THERE from a player POV, to get an idea of how its supposed to be done. All the countless hours of mundane clicking and grinding trying to advance in this game, in retrospect, seems futile when faced with issues like the fact that content just can not be released in a timely manner, customer support is garbage, the current content we DO have is still glitched all to he||. Some of it has been glitched since day 1, and there hasn't even been an attempt to fix it. take the examples from above posts. It's enough to not only make someone want to quit Tynon, but also to make them not only swear off uCool games, but all browser based MMOs as a whole.
ARRR I be seein a mutiny cap'n.
Actually, this is the signature of an F2P game. If you spent loads of money in this and did not see this coming, then I'd say you got your just desserts. Go play more F2P games and wise up ;)

There are a few games out there who can produce patches bi-weekly and new content monthly.
If you would like me to show you Dawn im happy to give you the name of this company who does this so called magic, and its not just one game.
They released a new game around the time you did.
Since then they added 2 level caps, 8 new maps, new character class on ONE of their games.
On another they introduced new maps, new characters, New npcs, got rid of the botters ( Evony take note :) ), new interface.
And to top it all released the above mentioned new game :)
Thats only 3 outta around 15 games they have so... guess they can 'sprint' better than you :)
Grammar is only the smallest of their writer's problems. But if they are writing in English, then they should ensure that they are always using the correct grammar. Hell all they need to do is hire a native English speaking and writing copy-editor. I wouldn't attempt to write in Spanish even though I could, because I don't understand the grammar or syntax well enough to pull it off successfully. If they can't do it, they can't do it, but then Ucool needs to hire someone who can.
What Andy said.
Americans think English is spoken in 100% of the world lol.
In the US, proper English is hardly spoken anyway.
:p
*sigh* Trust me. I am more than aware that English is not spoken everywhere, much less in the U.S., however, overall their writers are just plain awful. Grammar is the least of their problems, but as a company Ucool cannot use non-native English speakers as an excuse for poor writing. They are putting a game out in English, and they are expecting their writers to write in English. If they are too lazy to hire a copy-editor or if their copy-editor just sucks this badly, then they need to be told so.
