ok so i've looked through forum and i see conflicting arguements whether or not critical hit effects stun rate for mages and skill attk stunners. can anyone for certain tell me if this is true or not. ive tinkered with crit on shayd but i cant see if its making too much of a difference. has anyone else tried this and noticed an increase in her stunning opponents?
any feedback appreciated.

I don't see any difference of critical hit on mages as well.
As per Tynon : Mages do not carry out Critical Attack.
Crit is useless on Mages. The attack runes for Mages are Magic Attack, Hit Rating, and Break. The first two are the most important ones.
If crit is useless on mages why does Aphro have a built in crit buff. Tynon goof or something we should know?
Good question acesn8s69. I too would like to know why some mages have a built in crit buff.
All I can say is I have seen my mages crit on Banish bosses on multiple occasions.
Having said that, i have not seen them crit against other players. Could it be that with banish boss, the resilience is set so low that crit sticks where as with PVP the resilience is much higher and thus reduces the crit chance for mages due to the fact that they also "miss" and is calculated into the % crit chance thus lowering the successful crit to a very very low success rate?
I've done some tests. It very slightly increases the average damage. Never seen a mage crit in banish though... anyone else besides riot seen this?Quote:

Increasing critical hit rating on stunners (not mages) increases stun rate. It thus increases stun chances for Shayd, Ciana, Thucidydes, and Queen Bryn. I don't have numbers to back me up, but I do notice a major difference with and without advantage on my stunners.
