if you remember your email it should send a mail to u... maybe contact support?
I do remember my email, but it never send a mail to me. support does not reply on my email(s).... don't know what to do now??
Support replies every time you send a ticket, click on the ticket number to check they wont mail you, if their not responding I'd be surprised.
I did send five emails to password@ucool.com for help, but I get zero response? Where must I send a ticket? The site tells me to send a email to password@ucool.com

Well, i'am sorry to say it Dawnseeker, but I did never ever receive a email neither in my normal inbox or spam folder....
It will go to the email address that you used to create the account (the one you log in with) unless you provided another one in the 2nd Email tabb of My Account. Also, if you provided a challenge question in the Account Protection tab you can use that to recover the password.Quote:
