password reset tool not sending e-mail

I can't log into my main account. Started this acct with an alternate email to be able to access forum. I can't remember the password (can't recall setting one up in the beta test). For some reason the password help is not sending an email to fix this problem, and yes I have checked the junk, trash and spam folders. I can't find a link to customer service to discuss this.

Is there a way to contact customer service outside of the payment problem request thingy? (tried sending a request through that avenue already also.)
