I'll give you a clue as to why you got flip cards and no rewards...
The map is unfinished. Just because it shows you getting a reward doesn't mean there is one. We have got dozens of dragons eyes in the arena as rewards yet as that part of the code is unfinished you are not credited with the item/s.
That is the point Kruize I did get them credited to me for completing the first map I got about 4 mill credits and 2 mill coins and they all got added to my coin's and credit's. When I went to the next map they then got minused ( not sure if it is a word but you know what I am saying) from my coins and credits.
The rewards are not much I don't care about it, but my point is why give them and then take them away. To be honest I would prefer to play the game the way it should be and not really jump ahead running though unfinished content. That is why I stopped after 2 maps ( yes I know it took me a while to figure this out, after all I am a NOOB))
CS now have sent me a screen shot of showing there are no maps beyond death sands and I have sent them a screen shot showing there is ( there was a whole page of searing desert maps), which now they have removed but I have a screen shot to show they were.
We'd all prefer to play through finished content. I've missed 16 bosses worth of coins/credits/flips myself. But human nature, most of us have preferred to finish our items rather then leave the plans in our banks.
