i cannot connect to the game since 20 min? is that normal? tried everything...i can connect to here , but when i want to play it loads and then....stay on the load page...plz help ! :) anybody :)

So, Is Hammer of Thor server down? Or is it just me?
I got a Disconnected from Server message about 20 minutes ago and I've tried getting back in ever since then and it wont let me... I've refreshed 100 times, I've cleared my browsing data and cookies/caches, I've restarted my computer. It loads perfectly fine when I try on the other server (9), so I don't think it's my computer.. So what's goin on?
What it does is it goes all the way to 100% and it just stays there on that scren and does absolutely nothing.
Stop posting the same freaking thing in here. Read some threads and find out everyone is experiencing the same problem.
This is starting to get old real fast. First I have issues with the stupid gaming closing all my windows out when I leave the site and now I can't even play. If this costs me my Beginner awards..I am going to get really ticked off at the admin. I have done everything I normally need to do to fix this kind of issue and still no loaded game. It say's 100% and still nothing..UGH..this needs fixed badly. Before it costs this site players.
The game has not loaded for me at my house since early Monday morning. 4 days ago. It did load today when I was at school but still not at home. I cleared my cache and entire browser history, and tried incognito still nothing. I have lost out on almost all of my beginner rewards now because of this and I was booted from my guild for lack of support. Can someone do something cause I haven't seen squat for help and it is ridiculous!!
One last thing to try is using a cleaner to clean out all the temporary files.
When cache clearing its also important that you close all you tabs down before you start. Leaving them open can mean the caches aren't cleared properly.
Already been done. Still nothing. Stays stuck at 99%.

AND PLEASE STOP GIVING THE SAME ADVICE LIKE 100 times cause i know everyone read the advice you give already and still cannot connect!
And also developers it might be nice to tell us like give us 1 week before we fix this problem since it takes time i understand but not giving us any information is making the whole community rage (The people who can't connect) i am not jealous of the people who can connect cause i know the game is quiet fun but i really want to know when i have to check back to play this game cause might as well not check back everyday for 1-2 hours trying to connect Thank you developers
The problem here is that it isn't a server issue, it's something that's local. This doesn't mean by any account it's your fault but the devs can only fix connection problems from a server not an individuals computer.
From what you've posted the vast majority of players are able to access their accounts and somehow you can't. All the advice we've given as a community (I'm not employed by Tynon) is all we can give.
I hope you can find a way to resolve the problems you're facing.
So calling all tech nerds, can anyone come up with a suggestion why this guy can't load Tynon on.

why would they shut down during a boss challenge, I'll never understand. Hopefully it was just a crash, but if its a maintenance patch they have the worst timing ever... this is the 2nd time on this server!

Why is there a problem now? Been playing for over a week with no issues, had no problem earlier today and now when I get home and try to log in..it stops at 99% and won't load..have tried everything and it will not go past the 99% spot.

I've merged another from the tech forum that has the same issues.
Obviously I'm not a Tynon dev (or even employed by them, I'm just a volunteer)but is this a single server issue (if so, which server is it) and does it only affect certain computers etc. the more details you guys give the devs, the quicker we can (hopefully) get this fixed for you.
If it a local problem, then I doubt apart from suggesting a few tips, anyone can really do.

I have accounts on 2 servers plus beta and it disconnected from server and now it goes to loading page but it doesn't load. How long are we out for. Beginners rewards can't be accomplished if not given the time or materials in which to accomplish them. I cases like these extra time should be given to ev1 because of not being able to work on their game.

Hey Tynon - get your head out of your ass and fix your sever problems. I have in the software business for 30 years and if provided this level of service in my company we would be out of business. You need to give everyone a bonus chest for screwing up another Boss fight for everyone.
