lol and now cant find this threa in tech support they moved it or deleted it hve to go back n browser to see it.
Froze up on me as we were getting prepared to go do Baal. If this is maintenance, which is what it appears to be, why would they do it before a boss fight? This is just ridiculous.
This feels like Evony all over again!!!
server 1 2 and 3 are down
I have spent too much money and this is really annoying me already, please fix it properly.

is not ppls computers that have problems, are the servers
just because it's a browser game doesn't mean it should crash more. a server is a server whether the game uses a browser based client or not. Hopefully it will get better as time goes on.

they were too greedy..the game shouldnt be out of beta since wasnt working well even there...they wanted ppls to invest so they were greedy, not of course they want to play it so it should get sorted and ppls should get compesations in gems
and where is a game rep to explain why the server is down and how players will be compensated?
definitely a broken maintenance patch - these guys really don't know what they are doing. Server 3 works. Server 1 & 2 don't.
i was disconnected during the baal/cerb event today .. got in after 10 mins and now unable to ... and i was doin decent !! ... when trying to login ... it says LOADING ... but it isnt flashing like usual when u furst log before u see the cartoon lady ... yes i have cleared my chache i am using google chrome i restarted my computer and did a disk clean aswell ... nada

I am stuck at the plain black screen that says Loading...
Not the picture of the busty lady that counts up with a progress bar. The Black screen previous to that one, that just says "Loading..." in the middle of the screen.
I have tried 3 different browsers, cleaned my cache, I even tried a different computer completely. I can log in to my beta toon with no hiccups at all, but when I try to log in to the main live server, this is what I see. What gives?

I agree. I understand these things happen but right before a boss fight....really? And if it isn't maintenance and is an issue, I can definitely understand why people want compensation. I know many, including myself have spent money on this game and at the very least, you should make Baal available all day or something. Understand I rearranged my schedule to be able to do this boss fight with my guild, as many others have and that is why I feel we need to be compensated as well. We give you our money and our time and you need to be able to keep up your end of the deal or reimburse us when you cannot.
Reading the forum and many are annoyed that some players does not get feedback from "Tynon support" and that it is so many bugs, getting disconnected whole time even my internet connection is very good and everything work except this game, and getting stucked at loading.. Now i can't enter the game, have been stucked in loading over 2 hour, this gets very annoying..
Fix this please >.< and give everyone 50 gems :rolleyes: :p
Today, I can't log into Hammer of Thor and even tried to log into Light of Ra just to see... The screen just says loading and nothing happens. I am, however, able to get into the beta test server. Are the US West servers completely down today? How long? It might be good to post something in the opening news i it is down. This isn't good since my growth progress is stopped and bigger players are out there getting bigger. My avatar game progress will fall behind. I'd like a fair chance, thank you.
With all the problems and no compensation or return of missing items I would say ppl have been very patient. Truth be known they weren't technically ready to go live but wanted funds so went anyway. Beta only alowed so many ppl and they needed more for cash sake.
All I'm getting is a giant white LOADING across the screen. That's as far as it gets. Was gone all morning and just started trying to log in about 30 minutes ago.
Lol make a ticket don't help I got email back saying on 2 accts they took almost 1k gems cause i moved realms and fact is the accts they were talking abut or guilds to verify this were 2 different accts in 2 different guilds on 2 different realms. I pointed this out to them and still no reply. If they can't tell the difference in Alias at 2 different guilds or realms and fix it. They not going to help anyone else either unless maybe you spend money and then you are important to them so they might. but if you don't spend money forget it you don't count or matter.
this is a pain in the u know what - hope u fix these issues soon - i cant stand when i am playing and i am force-ably removed from game
I am having a very strange problem that started this morning.
Said "email does not exist" when logging on. It will let me log in on the beta site and then once that is done it will let me sign in on the regular site.
I played for a long time, but once Baal was about 3 minutes away it booted me. Now I have to log in on beta then on regular, but now it will not load. It just has a black screen that says "Loading".
I have no idea what to do. I have cleared my cache and that does not help.
Edit: I am playing Wrath of Odin. Have been playing since Monday with no problems until today. And now my sister is having the same problem.
We have informed the community manager about this issue. He should get back to us with an answer soon.
at least your accts are loading to a point all i see is loading... for over half hr now even try to refresh log out and in still notihng

During gameplay, my game froze and, after waiting several minutes, I had no choice but to close my browser (this has happened multiple times).
Now, I am unable to log back in. When I click on "start game," I get a black screen only displaying the word "Loading." Usually, nothing else happens past this point. Once and a while, I will get the option to create a new character (odd since I am still logged in under my email address). Yet I cannot seem to log back in with my character.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestion on what I can do on my end to alleviate this frequently occurring problem?
Any input will be appreciated.

yes , when i try to go game , black screen with 'Loading...' in big white letters at bottom.
Ok guys for future reference if you're having server problems, please post which server you play and trying to log in to.
It helps Tynon sort the problem out faster.
think europe servers have froze im getting same issue in europe but can log in the others

Was on today during Baal attack... powered up for about 500k credits (finally got some to work) and was in top ten going good.... then got booted and tried about 5 times to get back in and finally got in. Was no longer in the top 10 list. I worked back up to the top 10 list again, in spot #7 and got booted again. Been trying to get back in to see if I even finished, its been at least 10 minutes and multiple browser closures and reload attempts.
This is a major problem for all players, even those that don't get booted, as they now have to fight Baal with less attackers. FIX THIS!! or Shut down the game!!

Guess they should of bought new servers rather than using old evony ones, multiple people complaining.. ill tell you what the problem is..

Thats right they are never wrong with lag/loading issues. So Sorry all you are getting nothing back, probably not even an email from support lol.

hello. so i played the beta since it came out, and just started a live server today. the server i tried was light of RA. so i played for a few, but then it bugged out so i refreshed the screen. now it is stuck on a black screen with a "Loading..." in the center. i waited 30 minutes and it wasnt loaded. it just sat there. i cleared my cache, restarted my computer, everything. it still wouldnt work. so i tried on my alternate email acc and it worked fine. but then i refreshed and it did the same exact thing.... so are we only allowed to start new accounts? or is it just that we arnt allowed to refresh our screens :o im really confused. please someone help me, or fix this bug.
yeah same issue cant freakin load the game on my account yet my brother in the same room can load his.....whatever is wrong fix it ASAP or it is the last time you steal money from me!
