You can get the materials from treasure chests in the arena when you reach level 100.
Edit: Or you can buy the materials for gems, but it is extremely expensive and I doubt this option was used.
Every treasure chest in the arena gives me some low end things or Judgement materials. If I take stake, I get Justice materials still...Quote:

Im getting Sirius weapons mats at Level 97.
yep u must be able to get them before the reaching lvl 100 - im only lvl 93 now and ive had mats drop for sirius for a long time. i 'm also holding sphinx level mats and they are lvl 120. dont think it makes a difference on your level, but more so teh level of the player u are looting arena stakes from.
+1 this, I think this is more a more plausible answer. I've been getting Judgement mats from arena and I'm only lv78 lol. But does that mean that chest stakes that you didn't loot (ones from your own stake reserve) will be lower to correspond with your level?Quote:
