I like that! However, we'd need more than 30 seconds to bet once formations are frozen if it were the case.

Look at the amended suggestion. In any case betting is just a click (or more if you are increasing your bet) and that does not take long.

In addition I would like this other change if possible. I list it separate because it would extend the duration of the event and I do not know if that would be a good thing.

• Extend the interval between battles by 30 seconds. Freeze the formation at 90 seconds before the battle starts. Once the formation is frozen display the recalculated values and the formations. The battle scene for the start of the match would be sufficient Allow betting until 30 seconds before the match starts. This will give the better one full minute to analyze the formations and place the bet

If the player wants to trow the match for whatever reason it will not affect those that wait until the formation is frozen to bet.

I don't see the need for the extra 30 second. There's already a 5-minute gap in between battles in CWS already, so freezing the formation at 90 seconds before the battle begins would not change much (instead of 4 minutes to change formation, the players involved will have 3 and a half: still ample time).
