This glitch is gonna make me quit the game. I upgraded my hero to 6 stars, Had 21 stars from treasure chests. I had cianna to 9 stars. Was about to use a Purple Star and BAM! 4 Stars ? Are you kidding me. So far support has done nothing to compensate me for my gems missing. Not even a Heres 10 gems for your troubles. At this Point I am starting to think Service Not Rendered. When I purchase stars and the hero upgrades then for some unknown reason other than by act of god (Faulty Server) they vanish into then air. This is the last support ticket i am submitting. And just to prove this hasnt happened one time. Twice, This is the 3rd time. So go through your logs or watever and find out where my stars vanished too. OR GIVE THEM BACK. ALL 50

the 50 medal reinburse is a nice gesture and all but rly 50 medals what am i gonna do with that...should be a how many stars u have the more u get since 50 wont do a dent in the stars for most
edit: seems it was for how many stars u have...strangely i have a char with more stars that got less 32 and 50...anyone got more then 50?
Its based on how many stars you lost recently. On one server I got 30, on another I got 70.Quote:

yea i think the devs are trying to be funny by making the memorial for all the people who quit the game cause of medals, in evony they did it just before april fools they said they are making it space theme once and zombies the other time, this is diffreent thoughQuote:

The medal refunds were given based on you guys feedback on the patch that it was unfair to people who already had a lot of stars. Basically its a fractional refund of the number of medals you've gained, not the amount stars lost/gained.
This patch restructured the star system to make it easier for players of all levels to gain power. The memorial was a small add-in. You can take this for what its worth, but if you complain about every single thing that happens, your feedback loses meaning.Quote:

It is a perfect and awesome patch, probably the best one ever.
It was preannounced so we stopped spending medals.It did what was announced
It was announced some other changes might be added.
We got lab costs changed to make it so your first lab is truly free with the buff
And the devs did something nice for a customer.
This is exactly what i hope to see in the future
The whole day 80% of the flash ups on the big screen is people either getting 7 stars or 9 stars
