Server Mergers: March 4, 2014

We're ready to begin another round of server mergers to increase the fun and competition across the Tynon world! Many additional servers are being included in this round!

Here are the merger details:

• All cities in Guild Warfare have been released from guild control. All guilds (of the appropriate level) are be able to bid and fight for these cities once more.
• All players may claim a Unity Prize from Maria. Players whose guilds lost cities in the merge will find extra goodies inside!
• Players and guilds may have had their names changed in the merge due to conflicts. If so, speak to Maria for a free name change.

• Servers 37 and 42
• Servers 49 and 54
• Servers 61 and 66

US West

• Servers 18 and 23
• Servers 57 and 62

Asia-Pacific

• Servers 15, 20 and 25
• Servers 28, 32 and 36

• Servers 52, 56 and 60
• Servers 64, 68 and 73
• Servers 77, 81 and 85
• Servers 89, 94 and 98
• Servers 102 and 105

Europe

• Servers 14 and 19

Move on BrashSuxBalls. On to the topic , thanks for the information Dawn, I am sure there will be more merges and patience pays. We are part of this merge and looking forward for the same.

I actually regret not seeing #86 (US West) on this list. Anywhere we can petition to get on board before it's too late?

You have been banned for the following reason:
Threatening legal action, posting private data center information

Date the ban will be lifted: Never
and they suspended anthonyg also for posting the information why he was banned.

All he did was goto a website that sells them and did a whois. the information he had was about he.net a public internet company. anyone can do a whois on any domain, Its not private. Its actually public and if you try and hide it actually icann the www police will cancel your domain in a heartbeat. Gone forever.
I actually thought it was funny how incorrect the information was considering im looking at the real whois that im sure if he posted would be worth a ban.

Edit: Also I dont condone doing charge backs because you no longer play. I own several ps3 games and guess what, No charge back because i bought them and new the price upfront. So those of you thinking of doing charge backs. Dont waste your time or post.

Back on topic. Thanks Dawn for bumping server merges up! Hopefully 17 will be on there soon!

i am running around and beating the bush for nothing, i will run for another say 3 hours and then i go to bed and then i start in the morning again, i wont stop. End result i am the one who is tired ? Am i not ?

This is only the beginning of server mergers. If competition declines, any server will be eligible for merger. We'll be doing a lot more, as needed!

i know your very busy dawn but server 34 is in bad need of a merge maybe after you have dealt with the current one.. there is probably only 40 ppl active maybe a little more then that over the server... im saying this and yet i am top player and run the guild runing the server lol but i still believe we need to be merged at some point in the near future..

You are kidding me, you have banned all of my guild from posting here, who has stuck up for Spawn and ooh he didnt do anything wrong either neither did Anthony Or Brash or me for that matter, but hey i am sure I am next although this is my 1st ever post here lol same as Brash yet you suspended her forever to! I believe I will contact the authorities and have your game and ip address removed after this stupid stunt. Banning people for not doing anything wrong, is wrong

I just completed reading the forum rules btw and they have been banned forever for doing nothing wrong!

I am very concerned about your recent actions to several of my guild members. To issue a lifetime ban to someone for posting in a public forum about a game that we all invest time and money seems to be a violation , considering there wasn't a warning.You have banned all of my guild from posting here, who has stuck up for Spawn and what you claim he did wrong and neither did Anthony Or Brash for that matter. All the errors and failures that occur in this game, you offer minimal reimbursement , if any at all, but fail to solve the problem. You continued to expand the servers until you realized you weren't growing. People were just creating new accts on newer servers. But hey i am sure I am next although this is my 1st ever post here. same as Brash yet you suspended her forever to! Banning people for not doing anything wrong, is wrong! If a person doesnt post in forums , they can post on the actual server..Imagine how many are posting and exchanging heavier data that you cant monitor or control, but yet they fly underneath the radar and avoid your ban..You can warn and limit , but to totally ban is overboard and makes us wonder what censorship is next

i think you will find... tynon owners do not need a reason to do anything... its there game there rules and also they can ban for any reason they see fit... its alwways the same on online games you dont like it... dont play them simple

all you have been doing is moaning and crying about server being dead... others are the same and run by 1 guild.. but do you see me moaning constantly about it... no.. and spawn was posting information which shouldnt of been posted in a forum

im in the same guild as spawn an the rest, i logged in not that long ago to see a whole shi!tstorm had blown in.... im still trying to work out exactly what the hell happened and why it is that 90% of my guild has been banned from forum.

I dont condone or reject whatever has passed between guild members and dawn or mods or whoever deleted their posts and placed a ban on them. i can however sympathize with fellow guildies in their frustrations - not just because of the dominance of 1 particular guild on our server (tho that irks the hell out of me), but primarily because our pleas for a merge seemed to fall on deaf ears.

WHat people should keep in mind. THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC FORUM.

This is a private forum owned and operated by uCool. They can do whatever they want regardless of the posted forum rules and there is not a thing anyone can do about it. Being banned from this forum for any reason is not grounds for any legal action.

Now with taht being said let the trolling continue its very entertaining

The player in question was advocating players do "chargebacks" for purchases they have made. To do this, they must lie to their credit card company and say they did not receive the goods they purchased. This is fraud and we have absolutely zero tolerance for it. Doing a fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate account closure and advocating it on the forums will result in an immediate forum ban.

Two other players have been temporarily suspended for 1 day so they could cool down. I doubt those 3 players constitute 90% of your guild.

A server where six different guilds control cities does not have enough competition?

Is it just me or is most servers dominated by 1 guild ? I know ours is!

On server 11 that could be possible. I mean they keep telling us how dead that server is.
But thank you dawn for your post, I know its not standard policy to comment on actions taken against people's accts because of privacy. But I think what you did was needed and very appropriate. You continue to surprise and amaze me at how high you can rise when needed.

yes it did.. the information posted was showing how chargebacks can be done so maybe you should think twice before as you say 'popping off'

They are a guide line.

its a privately owned forum. If you set one up yourself and wanted to ban someone for any reason you could, so can uCool and they did. get over it.

At least dawn took the time to explain what happened for everyone to see. now even I am not being entertained anymore by these posts.. SO either entertain us or take it to private messages with dawn,
