A guild member of mine suggested that Tynon completely removes the coins+credits on revenges.
Tynon cannot possibly prevent people from making alts, but it can make it useless to do it.
The only problem I have with that is that revenging other players is a fun part of the game. How about making it interesting rep-wise?
Why not make the Rep portion of it more profitable (possibly with Arena type Stake incentives) and completely remove the coin/rep portion.
Or just make Revenges follow the 10 level restriction.

As I suggested, revenging could give more rep (based on the enemy's power). I don't agree that it leaves no incentive to attack others. Regarding small players' ability to attack large powers, we are currently losing rep when we could revenged and lose. This would still apply.Quote:

Leave it alone. You will never be able to distinguish an alt from a main acct. Some alts are better than some mains!! If Tynon starts messing with this again, they'll screw it up and make it worse.
Face it folks..... alts are nothing more than accts. They are a fact of life and I would not know any way to prevent them. When someone quits it's very easy to give it away because you can't even delete an acct here.
If someone wants to run a bunch, and has the time and computer capacity they will. If Tynon started banning by IPs then we're all in trouble, and I can see the hailstorm that might come then.

Well i have alts and i don't use them for revenges i use them to get maps that my guild mates might need and server 100 is filled with alts we go along just fine with it i understand why you think that people shouldn't be receiving so much for attacking alts but some people who have alts aren't using them for that at all and if they are then it is just once in a great while
If you don't use them for revenges, you are not affected by this. Some people can farm alts for up to 35-70M coins daily without much efforts. It is a problem.Quote:

My only concern is removing the revenge coins and credits is a bit extreme. If someone attacks me in the wild, I'd want the opportunity to win back some of my losses. PvP is relatively limited in this game and although it's not a major source of income for many it does add a certain amount of fun into the game.
I'm always wary of anyone offering solutions such as these since I've seen many of the said solutions cause more grief then they actually intend to. People will cheat and they will always find another way to do so if an avenue is closed to them. If alts are a problem the only real solution is remove them, IP banning is one of the more effective suggestions.
On server 100 we have about 6 alt guilds from our two most powerful guilds. I would love to have a fun gaming environment but i didn't feel pressured into making an alt, i made one to help my guild not for farming. Yes some people may be just using it for farming but by taking away revenge rewards if you attack someone who is not an alt and win then what would be the point of revenges then? I feel that people would only feel pressured if people were pressuring them, i don't think people would be penalized for not having and alt or farming it for coins. They won't fall far behind if there are others who are also not farming ^^
Thank you Morgan. I believe these 3rd-party spamming coins/credits for ca$h (with 6+ alt GUILDS on our server) needs to be looked into. I'm sure they're on other servers too. on s114 in our realm ALONE there's 5 guilds of these bots. Same person (coins for ca$h spammer). Mem02, Mem03, Mem04, tynon114, Boss02. They're easy to identify here because every single member of these FIVE guilds are a number starting with the digits 114...Quote:

Ok people heres my opinion on alts i do not like the fact big guilds can create alt guilds to bid against themselves. But heres the flip side to alts i will be leaving for awhile and i'd like to give my acct to my guild host to play for me while i'm gone this way i'm still benefitting my team and guild. If you make it so only one acct per ip address i wouldn't be able to do that. Afterall i will be returning to play once more and i do not want to be left behind in the dust i hope you see this is a dilemma but please do not make it so there's only one acct per ip address or there will be no point in my return. I did not put over 6 months of work into my acct and reach 9 million in power to let it all be destroyed. That would be very disrespectful and a total loss and waste of all my time i put into nephilim. Thank you for hearing my side.

I like the idea of not being able to Revenge someone 10 levels or more below you. Makes a lot of sense.
TO continue on what I just suggested, you would have to fill in a demand to Tynon to be allowed to lend your account to someone else. Any interaction between the 2 accounts would be forbidden, but someone could put you in banish events and major events without a problem.Quote:

No problem i love this game and would love to continue to play, but let me stress this i understand about the alts should be forbidden but i should have the right to do what i want with my acct and if i want to loan it to my guild host i shopuld be allowed to it is afterall my account no one elses.
Now let me add this i should not be allowed to make an alt toon on this acct yes i agree to that but i only have one acct that i use. And should be able to let my host use him to keep growing as i will be back in a few.
