Been talking with a few players after I tried to star up a hero after my match tonite in CW, the stars failed trying to add one star to a hero 40 of them (no biggie), I laughed it off in chat.
Then was told by a few that during CW the game is predetermined to have lower success rate during this period because of coiners trying to power up.
Any truth to this or any other events? It would be helpful to know if true what other events are like this so we can wait for stars/saints/ etc.
I've been hearing that things like stars are predetermined at the beginning... don't think they would go through the trouble of modifying it for certain times.

Truth is we'll never know. People speculate a lot over things like this, but it's based on feelings and personal experience. No great stats to rely on. Fact is, we'll never have good stats for this. Tynon could lie about their numbers and modify them, and there would be no way of knowing for sure if they are lying or not. All you can do... is trust Tynon. Yup. Scary thought? Get used to it.
