In Praise of the Moderators.

Just been reading another thread which was closed. I would like to say that both Andy and Jupitor are great mods and an asset to this forum.

Agree.

I would have to hold my opinion about Morgan. I found that last posting she made to be very negative and belittling the guy by calling him names. I don't find this a circus. This wasn't meant to be a have a go at Morgan thread. It was a thread to praise the two good moderators on this forum.

And, Dawnseeker isn't a mod, he's a Tynon God.

You've taken that entirely out of context if you had read the entire thread you'd noticed that the OP was causing a drama. All I did was point out his folly and save him from further embarrassment.

I agree that both Andy and Jupitor are good mods. Dawnseeker is a Community Manager and the go between us and the devs.

A praise is not a praise when it is used as a comparison to condemn someone else. Could people just stop commenting on the mods? If you have an issue with them, send a message to Dawnseeker or reach Tynon support. If you like them, send them a love letter.

you clearly missed the thread he made in my morning time. he deserved every bit of hostility he got. he is looking for drama and wanting to cause trouble. Morgan gets the most negative posts cause she is usually the one playing "bad guy" and closing threads etc. i dont think this is fair towards her or the other mods. everyone of them has their part to play. they are all great in those parts.

as expected coming from you

any other mod would never gotten to this point. you started the drama and made it your own. if i had any say on this would request you to resign as a moderator before someone else does it for you. you clearly have no talent as a mediator. on the other hand i think andy is doing a great job, he has always been very helpfull to everyone, is nonjudgmental and i will always respect his opinion and advice. jupiter i think is doing what he is supposed to do and in the background as its supposed to be. great job you two!

There is a significant difference between condemning a person's behavior versus condemning a person.

For example:
"You're acting like a (insert explitive)", vs
"You are a (insert explitive)"

another example:
"Your behavior/actions are making you look like a (insert explitive)", vs
"You are a (insert explitive)"

I am condemning nobody. I was just reading a previous thread which was closed and thought I would let the two good moderators know that they are doing a good job. I know we had 3 mods here, but it would be wrong of me to praise the other one for obvious reasons.

this has nothing to do with "being a bad guy" and closing threats. this is about modification of my pasts posts, taking sides, giving the illusion to be working for tynon, threatening me in private messages deleting posts and closing threats based on he doesnt like them and takes them personal. he makes everything personal and about him and then a general cry for help results into a private threat and an official warning. thats what it started. thats why i said he is police, judge and executer in one and has no one that judges him or calls him out on his drama and flaming.

You can usually tell who's at fault by examining where the sources of the drama come from...in this forum it's almost never from Morgan (she does get a bit naggy every once in a while though:P) but it's posters like you and explorer that cause the problems in our nice little community...not Morgan. So I would kindly request that you just quit posting for awhile...if I could it would be a nice holiday...but *sigh* that power does not rest with me. The fact that you haven't been sent on a holiday already is a sign of Morgan's unending patience.

However, since this thread is not about Tynon, its not really appropriate for the forum. Thanks for understanding!
